We love all of our clients at 16th Off Perry Salon, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our environment. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again.

We love your kids, however, children are not allowed in the salon area. This self-care time is important to all of our guests and we want to be able to focus on you + your hair during your time with us. For safety and liability concerns please make childcare arrangements.
Please arrive on time or early to your appointment. Feel free to browse around in our clothing and jewelry boutique or take advantage of our coffee bar, snacks, and relax in our lounge. If you are 15+ minutes late to your appointment you may be asked to reschedule and pay a reschedule fee.
Refunds + Redos
All of our stylists are independent therefore they each operate their own business under our roof. If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your hair, please contact your stylist first to discuss options within 5 days of your service. We pride ourselves on the overall satisfaction of our guests! No refunds on services or products are issued but we will do our best to satisfy any unsatisfactory services or products within 2 weeks of payment. There are no refunds on hair extension deposits.
Our team charges rates based on their education, experience, specialties, and skill. Hourly rates may apply to services and are charged by length of time of service and are all-inclusive. All price ranges listed on our website are starting prices and may be subject to increase or adjust based on length of the appointment and desired result. Pricing will be discussed during the consultation process. We are unable to quote exact prices over the phone.
All services are personalized to your desired outcome, but we highly recommend scheduling a consultation before hand to discuss with your stylist. We cannot guarantee you will be booked for enough time to meet your hair goals in one session.
If you would like an adjustment to your service, you have 7 days to do so with the same stylist and additional service charges may apply. If you choose to see a different stylist, treat your hair yourself, or visit another stylist or salon, or if it is after 7 days from the initial service, full service charges will apply for an adjustment. No refunds will be given on services.
Gratuities cannot be added to credit card charges or processed through the salon. Gift certificates do not include gratuities.
Product Return Policy
16th Off Perry Salon guarantees a 7-day money-back policy on all products purchased in the salon that have not been opened or used. We do not allow refunds on cash or check transactions without a receipt. Exchange: Products opened and returned within 14 days of purchase may be exchanged for a different product of equal value. Refunds and exchanges will be processed when the product(s) have been received and inspected. These are done on the same day. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES.
We require 24 hours notice to cancel, modify or reschedule appointments. This keeps our schedule filled, thus better serving everyone! Cancellations that occur with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the value of the appointment. Subsequent cancellations without the required notice will be charged 100% of the value of the appointment. No shows will be charged 100% of the value of the appointment.
Right to Refuse Service
A positive environment at 16th Off Perry is our top priority. While we would like to open our doors to all, we will not tolerate rude, or demeaning behavior from our clients to any staff member or fellow clients. Clients behaving negatively or rudely will be asked to leave and not return.
16th Off Perry is not responsible for the damage to personal property. While our staff does our best to work as neatly as possible there are times color may get on clothing, or water may touch your clothes or shoes. While this does not happen often we urge you to consider your clothing choice, and put on a smock provided by us. We cannot be held responsible for damages to clothing during a service.
